
R.G. Rader is a film and theater director, a director with Nocking Point Productions, an award-winning playwright and poet, and an acting teacher with over 25 years of experience as a theater & film actor, playwright, and Associate professor of literature, theater, and acting. In addition to his work in theater and film, he is the publisher of Muse-Pie Press, an internationally recognized site for poetry that includes three online journals, the fib review, Shot Glass Journal, and Bent Ear Review (a depository of Spoken Word poetry).

Chris has always had a passion for film. During high school, he collaborated with the school and district television networks to film morning announcements, build mobile production trailers, and maintain studio facilities. He graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Communications, specializing in TV/Film production. While a Rowan, Chris transformed the TV club into a full-fledged television production station, providing content in partnership with the College of Communication. He spearheaded innovative technical productions in digital video, audio editing and composing, leading his team to win the Cine Golden Eagle in 2003 for the documentary "Ecstasy and Electronica". Chris has leveraged his technical expertise to manage AV facilities at a community college and has since been consulting on production. He continues to share his knowledge and expertise in digital media production with various groups.

Jason G. Rader, co-founder of NPP, aids in the social media aspects of NPP. He received a BFA in Theater Performance from Kean University and has studied acting at the Stella Adler Studio for Acting and the Meisner Institute. He has acted on stage and in film. As an actor with Nocking Point Productions, Inc., he has appeared in four of the five films produced by NPP, receiving an award in the Berlin New Wave Film Festival in Berlin, Germany for BEST MALE ACTOR for his performance in the Nocking Point Production SPIT. In addition to his involvement with NPP, he is currently pursuing another passion—working with animals. He works as an Animal Control officer and, in addition, aids in efforts of several wildlife rehabilitation non-profit organizations.
